Finley Elementary Leadership Club students recently welcomed Mrs. Angie Stafford, who introduced two powerful additions to their leadership toolbox: integrity and grit.
Through engaging examples and discussion, students learned the importance of doing what is right, even when it’s not easy, and that true character comes from within. Mrs. Stafford used a fun activity to reinforce this message, reminding students that what’s on the inside matters most.
Students also explored the concept of grit, symbolized through a hands-on takeaway to remind them of perseverance and strength. Each student left with a meaningful reminder of these important qualities to carry with them moving forward.
