Principal's Teacher Advisory Council

The Principal's Teacher Advisory Council is composed of three teachers and one teacher assistant elected by their peers, representing all grade levels and non certified personnel. They are called upon to bring feedback from their representative group on matters that affect everyone. Their input is vital to successful decision making and planning.

Principal's Parent Advisory Council

The Principal's Parent Advisory Council is composed of parents and/or community members appointed by the principal. Their role is to give insight into decisions which affect the well being of students and our school. Input from parents and community assists the principal in seeing "the whole picture" when planning and making decisions. There are appropriate times when the principal bring the Parent and Teacher Advisory Councils together for a meeting. Everyone benefits from a positive exchange of ideas.

Principal's Magic Pencils

Perfect attendance every nine weeks is rewarded with a "Magic Pencil" given to each student by principal, Mary Ellen Watkins. These pencils are very special! We like making the connection between good attendance and great achievement!
