This will begin my 20th year of teaching for Dyer County Schools. I had the priviledge of beginning my teaching career teaching 2nd grade at Dyer County Central until it closed in 2001. I then had the opportunity to become the Pre-K teacher at Finley where I remained for 9 years. In 2010 I moved to 1st grade where I have remained for the past 8 years. It is an honor to teach for the Dyer County School system and to be a part of such a wonderful "family" at FES.

My husband Jason and I met at Murray State and have been married for 18 years. We have two sweet boys. Kade is 15 years old and a Sophomore at DCHS and Jake is 12 and is a seventh grader at TOMS. I love spending time with my family and love to get the chance to go to my hometown in Missouri and see my parents and family. In my spare time, when I am not teaching, I enjoy running and working out and I LOVE going to the beach! I also enjoy watching St. Louis Cardinals baseball. We have a very spoiled Miniature Australian Shepherd named Lucy. I love my life and love that I get the opportunity to do what I love every day.
